Structural Revit Technician

We’re looking for a confident and capable Intermediate Structural Technician to join our growing team in Auckland.

About the role
As a Structural Technician with us, you will be delivering high-quality detailed structural documentation across a portfolio of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You’ll be trusted to manage your own projects from concept through to completion, while contributing to the overall capability of the team.
Working closely with engineers and the wider design team, your responsibilities will include:
Developing accurate, detailed Revit models and documentation
Managing and delivering your own projects with minimal supervision
Supporting both conceptual and detailed design phases
Coordinating documentation and managing scope changes
Conducting on-site construction monitoring and contributing to technical reporting
Assisting the Team Leader with mentoring and coaching junior technicians

About you
You’re someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work and has the confidence to run projects independently. You enjoy problem-solving and thrive on technical challenges.
3–5+ years’ experience in structural Revit modelling across a range of projects
Exposure to wider AEC platforms would be advantageous
Strong proficiency in Revit and excellent drawing/documentation skills
Solid understanding of construction methodologies
Experience with steel, reinforced/precast concrete, and timber structures
Conversant with relevant NZ Building Codes and statutory requirements
The ability to manage your own workload and project deliverables
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
