Structural Revit Technician, Draughting Team
This role is best suited to a Structural Technician with 3–6 years’ Revit experience who is looking to further develop their technical and structural knowledge within a consulting environment.
We’re looking for a junior to intermediate Structural Technician with solid Revit skills to join our Christchurch team. This is a hands-on drafting and documentation role, supporting the delivery of structural projects across residential and commercial work.

About the role
As a Structural Revit Technician, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality structural documentation across a range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Working closely with engineers and senior technicians, your responsibilities will include:
Developing accurate Revit models and structural documentation
Supporting design development and detailed documentation phases
Coordinating drawings and assisting with project updates and revisions
Conducting site investigations and supporting technical reporting
You’ll be part of a collaborative team environment where you can build your Revit capability, gain exposure to a variety of projects, and develop your technical understanding over time.

About you
We’re open to a range of experience levels, ideally including:
3–6+ years’ experience in structural drafting/modelling using Revit
Exposure to residential or commercial projects
Conversant with relevant NZ Building Codes and statutory requirements
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
A proactive attitude and willingness to keep learning
Adaptable with excellent planning, organising and time management
Enjoy working in a team environment and communicating with a wide range of people
