Structural Revit Technician (Intermediate-level)
Opportunity for an Intermediate-level Structural Technician, looking to continue developing their technical capability and project experience within a supportive team environment.
We’re looking for a confident and capable Intermediate Structural Technician to join our growing team in Auckland.
If you have 3–6 years' experience in structural Revit modelling and are looking to further develop your technical capability across a diverse range of projects, we'd like to hear from you.
About the role
As a Structural Technician with us, you'll work alongside experienced engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality structural documentation across a portfolio of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Working closely with engineers and the wider design team, your responsibilities will include:
Developing accurate, detailed Revit models and documentation
Managing your assigned project deliverables and meeting project deadlines
Supporting both conceptual and detailed design phases
Coordinating documentation and managing scope changes
Conducting on-site construction monitoring and contributing to technical reporting
Contributing to a collaborative team environment and supporting knowledge sharing within the team

About you
This role is ideally suited to an intermediate-level Structural Technician looking to continue developing their technical capability and project experience within a supportive team environment.
3–6 years' experience as a Structural Technician, with strong Revit modelling experience in a consulting environment
Experience delivering structural documentation under the guidance of engineers and senior technicians
Exposure to wider AEC platforms would be advantageous
Strong proficiency in Revit and excellent drawing/documentation skills
Solid understanding of construction methodologies
Experience with steel, reinforced/precast concrete, and timber structures
Conversant with relevant NZ Building Codes and statutory requirements
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
