About the role
Partner with leaders nationally across our six offices, providing practical, commercially focused advice and support across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with the wider leadership team and Recruitment Manager to ensure our people priorities are delivered effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:

Provide day-to-day operational support across the people and culture function.
We offer
A six month fixed-term contract with the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our KR teams nationally. You will join a great team environment, with competitive remuneration and opportunities for professional growth and development.
We strive for excellence, teamwork and innovative thinking in everything we do. Our people are our greatest asset, and we are committed to creating the best employee experience.
About you
You will be an experienced HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist who is confident operating independently and enjoys working across both strategic and operational HR. Most importantly, you will be someone who enjoys being part of a lean, collaborative team.
A relevant HR qualification and solid experience in a HRBP or senior generalist role.
